THE ISLAND OF OLIVE TREES

The Aliaga Lesvos ferry route connects Aliaga, north of Izmir, with the Greek island of Lesvos (Mytilene), operating daily from April to the end of October and covering approximately 26 nautical miles (48 km) in 110 minutes.

The route is jointly operated by Jalem Tur and Turyol. Sailings are run in turn by each company's open-deck ferry, and ticket prices are the same with both. For current departure times, see our Aliaga Lesvos ferry departures page.

There is no vehicle transport on this route; the service carries foot passengers only. Pets are welcome on board free of charge, and passengers are advised to arrive at least 1 hour before departure with a valid passport.
